DALE AYERS

PRESIDENT AND COO

Dale Ayers has been a pivotal leader at JSC Systems since 2015, driving success in both corporate sales and executive leadership roles. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Dale oversees daily operations and spearheads strategic development initiatives, ensuring the company’s continued growth and excellence. With over a decade of experience in the General Contractor industry, Dale has held key positions including Senior Project Manager, General Manager, and COO.

Dale is deeply committed to JSC Systems’ core values, its proven success over 50 years, and its family-oriented culture that fosters employee longevity. His leadership and expertise continue to strengthen the company’s foundation and propel its vision forward.

MICHAEL FAUL

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Michael Faul is a seasoned financial executive with a distinguished career across various industries, including Transportation, Healthcare, and Construction. Michael joined JSC in early 2023 with the goal of implementing data-driven strategies to transform the way JSC looks at business intelligence. Prior to his tenure at JSC, Michael held key executive positions at Total Home Roofing and Miami-Luken, Inc. Before transitioning into executive leadership roles, Michael held a variety of management positions at CSX Transportation. Michael’s academic foundation includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science, Finance and Economics from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.

KEVIN HOLLAND

VICE PRESIDENT

Kevin Holland joined JSC Systems in 2019, where he oversees field operations, standardizes processes across multiple branches, and leads strategic initiatives to drive performance and project success. Kevin began his journey at JSC Systems as an Operations Manager and quickly progressed to Branch Manager before being promoted to Vice President.

With over 15 years of experience in operations, Kevin has held key leadership roles including Director of Operations, where he led large-scale deployments, managed national teams, and oversaw cross-department coordination, labor forecasting, and budgeting. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he excels at building high-performing teams, streamlining workflows, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
