JOHN FLOYD

PRESIDENT AND CEO

John Floyd joined JSC Systems in 2017 as President, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the low voltage systems integration industry. Prior to joining JSC, he held various sales and leadership roles at ADT Business Solutions, Tyco Integrated Security, and Johnson Controls. His extensive experience includes leading teams that provided risk assessments, integrated system design, and installation services for federal government facilities, Fortune 500 companies, and various other commercial and government customers.

In 2020, following Bob Begley’s retirement, John took on the additional role of CEO for JSC. He has degrees in Marketing and Organization Management from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and holds several sales, management, and industry product certifications.

MICHAEL FAUL

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Michael Faul is a seasoned financial executive with a distinguished career across various industries, including Transportation, Healthcare, and Construction. Michael joined JSC in early 2023 with the goal of implementing data-driven strategies to transform the way JSC looks at business intelligence. Prior to his tenure at JSC, Michael held key executive positions at Total Home Roofing and Miami-Luken, Inc. Before transitioning into executive leadership roles, Michael held a variety of management positions at CSX Transportation. Michael’s academic foundation includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science, Finance and Economics from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.

DALE AYERS

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Dale Ayers has been with JSC Systems since 2015, serving in both corporate sales and leadership roles. As Chief Operating Officer, Dale is integral to our daily operations and success in our strategic development efforts. Dale brings to our company extensive experience, spending over a decade in the General Contractor industry, holding positions of Sr. Project Manager, General Manager and COO of an organization in South Florida. Dale values JSC Systems for its core values, proven success over 50 years, the family environment, and employee longevity.

TOM MILHON

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Tom Milhon holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and is an industry veteran with over 36 years in the business. Tom received electronics training in the United States Navy, and upon honorable discharge has held several positions starting as a technician and progressing into management. He has been with JSC Systems for the last 25 years, first as the Branch Manager for our Tallahassee Branch and then as Vice President of Operations. He is a primary qualifier for the company, holding a Florida EF1, Georgia LVU, Alabama Fire Alarm permit, South Carolina Fire and Burglar License, and North Carolina Unlimited Low Voltage license. Tom has achieved NICET IV in Fire Alarm, BICSI certified RCDD, and a CTS certification from AVIXA.

Mark Engstrom

Vice President of Field Operations

Mark Engstrom serves as Vice President of Field Operations for Gainesville, The Panhandle, and The West Coast of Florida. He has worked in all facets of the construction industry for over 40 years serving as installer, foreman, project manager, and estimator, primarily in the electrical industry. Mark joined JSC in 2011 as a Project Manager for the Gainesville Branch and has been the Branch Manager for Gainesville since 2015.
