Ann Street Lofts, situated in the heart of Downtown Savannah, Georgia, is a multi-family luxury apartment complex, including two levels of below-grade parking, catering to the needs of nearly 400 residents.

JSC Systems was entrusted with the installation of a comprehensive Fire Alarm system to ensure the safety of residents. Additionally, we implemented an Area of Rescue system, providing a secure refuge in case of emergencies. CCTV cameras were strategically placed for enhanced security measures. To enhance the living experience, we installed an audio-visual system. Finally, a Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) was installed to bolster in-building public safety communications.
