The 55 West project consists of a 32-story mixed-use building and a 12-story parking garage built on one-half of a city block on Church Street in the heart of downtown Orlando, Florida. The building contains both residential and commercial spaces.

JSC Systems provided the Edwards/EST-3 Fire Alarm and Voice Evacuation System, Infographics Security, and CCTV Systems as well as various other intercom and low voltage systems. All work was contracted through Tri-City Electrical Contactors, Inc. in Altamonte Springs.
